In addition, the Trust’s plans for the Castle include the staging of many interesting and exciting events that will make the best use of the buildings and grounds and provide opportunities for people of all ages to come and enjoy this marvellous place. We hope, in time, to hold events including re-enactments, workshops, special interest days (in collaboration with the County Museum) and wildlife trails, in addition to our programme of concerts and exhibitions.  Some events will be specifically for fund-raising while others will be for educational or conservation purposes.  Please contact any Trustee if you have any ideas for the use of the Castle.
